YMCA programs offer benefits for kids of all ages and skill levels. Whether it’s having fun at day camp, gaining the confidence that comes with learning a new skill or building positive relationships, participating in programs at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.
The Y Club Afterschool Program is for any child age 5-12. Children receive homework help from qualified, trained staff members, enjoy a healthy afternoon snack and participate in purposeful play in a safe, nurturing environment.
Kids have the opportunity to be active, build confidence, learn new skills and make new friends in sports at the Y. Youth sports are a fun and engaging way to learn important life lessons, including positive competition, fair play, the value of participation over winning, team-building, positive self-image and respect for others.
Kids Night Out
Parents can enjoy a night out while the kids engage in fun and safe activities at Kids Night Out at the Y! Children will enjoy games, crafts, movies, and more with Y staff. Dinner and snacks will be provided. Children will need to bring tall socks for skating, and swimsuits and towels for swimming.
No School Days
When school is out, the Y is in! Have your child spend the day with us roller skating, swimming, enjoying games, and more!
Skating is back at the Osage Prairie YMCA! Join us every first and third Friday for skate night!
Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. Our Youth Swim programs are focused on keeping kids safe in and around water while developing confidence and skills that last a lifetime.
